They may contain natural imperfections such as mineral inclusions, flat beads,

slight size variations between beads, and other natural characteristics.

These details may not be clearly visible in product photos.

If you cannot accept these natural variations, please visit our physical store to inspect the actual items before purchasing.

3: We are not responsible for any personal issues and will not issue refunds for such reasons.

4:For bracelet size adjustments: Please provide your wrist measurement after making payment.

Our store will adjust the bracelet accordingly.

5: After payment, please collect your order in-store within 90 days from the date of notification,

or contact us to arrange SF Express delivery.

Any order not collected within 180 days will be considered abandoned. In such cases, the items and deposit will not be refunded.
